Hydrogen Forward–a newly-formed coalition of 11 companies—-aims to highlight the environmental and economic benefits of accelerated adoption of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies in the United States. The founding members include Air Liquide, Anglo American, Bloom Energy, CF Industries, Chart Industries, Cummins Inc., Hyundai, Linde, McDermott, Shell, and Toyota. These companies are involved in all parts of the hydrogen value chain, and are committed to advancing the development and deployment of hydrogen-related pathways, helping the U.S. deliver on its climate goals while creating a stronger economy with new jobs. Hydrogen Forward will collaborate with partners across industries to highlight the unique value proposition of hydrogen to decision makers and stakeholders.
The New Jersey Fuel Cell Coalition will be phased out over 2023 as other organizations ramp up hydrogen and fuel cell activities in the state, particularly the NJ Clean Cities Coalition and the NJ Fuel Cell Task Force. The NJFCC website will remain active through 2023 to share related news. It has been an honor to work toward clean energy goals with the hydrogen/fuel cell community and other clean energy advocates.
